Printing can be on flat or uneven products

Kaye-Dee preview edit_tmb Swiss-built pad-printing systems for printing flat or uneven surfaces will be exhibited by Kaye-Dee Marking Solutions at Southern Manufacturing 2016, together with industrial UV-flatbed printers for direct-to-product printing. Both types of industrial-print application are capable of printing onto a range of products and materials.

Teca-Print printers print on uneven surfaces with what the company describes as ‘excellent’ repeatability for injection-moulding, automotive, medical and electronics. The company offers technical support from print advice at product concept stage, to auto system design, supply and installation

Digital-print technology, developed by Bergstein is offered with the BE330-series.It has product loading heights up to 300mm, accommodating most printable objects.

The company has recently been appointed hybrid services re-seller for Mimaki products and will offer the complete range of its industrial products.

As exclusive UK and Ireland distributor of Ruco printing inks, the company also supplies solvent and UV ink, including the recently developed universal pad-printing ink, T200. This is free from cyclohexanones, aromatic-hydrocarbons and phthalates and is suitable for a variety of plastic materials.

In-house facilities cover major support services, including artwork production, steel plate etching, polymer plate supplies and ink colour matching. Other services include machine service and on-site product training. For customers wanting to outsource print requirements, it also offers a printing service using either pad or digital machines.
