One-hit machining is precise and aesthetic
Following investment in the latest CNC technology, Southern Manufacturing 2018 exhibitor Mintdale Engineering has turning centres with sub-spindles, live tooling and magazine bar feeds to enable one-hit machining. It has machining centres with rotary axis for complex machined items and also offers clean medical assembly, brazing and induction brazing to medical standards. A quality management system has been upgraded to ISO9001-2015.
The subcontract manufacturer of turned and milled components provides clean assembly for the medical industry. The company also produces items for the brewery, aircraft, shop fitting and office furnishing industries, to name a few, and is conscious that components are not only correct to drawing but also need to look good.
