New Thermaltronics rework system launched
AMS Ltd is displaying its full range of Thermaltronics rework equipment at Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Show 2016.
Thermaltronics has taken curie point hand soldering technology to the next level with its highly successful ranges of TMT-9000S and TMT-2000S hand soldering units. Curie heat technology responds to the thermal demands of each solder joint by adjusting the power instantaneously, thereby meeting the exact requirements of the substrate, component and solder material and removing the need for calibration. To enhance the range, Thermaltronics has released a full range of solder rework equipment that includes, hot air rework pens and nozzles, auto solder feed units, solder wire dispensers and hotplates.
