New test chambers form Teslatest Systems

Teslatest Systems will be exhibiting its comprehensive range of test chambers at Southern Manufacturing 2014. Teslatest Systems is the official UK distributor for the Binder GmbH range of environmental test chambers. The range includes temperature chambers, climatic and humidity chambers and a wide selection of heating and drying ovens, including a vacuum drying Oven – an example of which will be on the firms stand, G82.

Binder MKFT 720 The company recently introduced the new Binder MKFT 720 Climatic chamber. A temperature range of -70°C to +180°C, humidity range of 10% to 98%RH and increased size of 1200 x 600 x 1020mm allows for greater product loading. This chamber completes the MKFT range of chambers with 3 sizes of Climatic Test chamber now available.

Other new models highlighted will be the water cooled Binder MKF range of chambers which provide the user with the additional benefits of increased cooling capacity, high heat dissipation, rapid cooling down time, low energy consumption, high energy efficiency and no room heating thanks to a controlled heat dissipation.

The largest Binder MKF 720 humidity test chamber is also now fitted with a new regulated compressed-air dryer that allows for highly dynamic temperature and humidity changes and is particularly well suited for delineating the various standards required by the automotive industry. Difficult test scenarios are possible, e.g. 0 °C at 30% RH and with realisation of very low dew points of down to -30 °C allows the chamber to achieve specified temperatures and humidity values are quickly achieved and accurately maintained.
