New products and support from Total Airtool Services
Southern Manufacturing exhibitor Total Airtool Services has been supplying affordable new assembly technology for over 30 years. Already an established UK market leader in new and used pneumatic assembly tools from Atlas Copco and Fiam industrial, Total now offers full sales and product support from its two branches in Warwickshire and Berkshire for the exciting innovative range of Delta Regis 32/40Vdc electric drivers.
The Delta range incorporates the ESL 3 series 32v brushed electric drivers which has already established itself as the most economical fully controllable driver available today.
The 3 series is an ideal economical “start up” tool which incorporates a fully detachable control lead and externally adjustable operator protected variable shut off torque adjustment of 0.02 – 4.7Nm Also on show at Southern 2014 will be the CESL 6 series brushless tools which now boast a two year warranty as standard.
The 6 series push or lever start straight driver can be converted to a pistol grip tool in less than one minute at a cost of less than £48.00 making this tool a versatile addition to a production line.
Another new product showcased will be the ”NEW” BECT 626 SSO Count Verify Controller. This controller when used in conjunction with the CESL 6 Series drivers can offer slow start, batch count and OK/NOK outputs. The BECT 626 SSO has accessible i/o connections which can also be used for signal interface which makes the BECT 626 SSO very attractive to manufacturers and machine builders alike.
