Mobile app form T-Cards Direct manages workflows
Adapting its manual T Card Board, developed over 60 years ago, for managing workflows such as health & safety tasks, T Cards Direct launches a mobile app at Southern Manufacturing 2019. It is designed to make it easier for users, not necessarily office based, to keep track and update workflow. Managing director, Phil Heine says, “Taking advantage of the latest communications advances is vital and the development of our T Cards app demonstrates this”.
The manual version will still be a ‘go-to’ board, the company believes, however the new app offers users a more dynamic option to help co-ordinate tasks and control workflow. The app enables users access to the same T Boards from different locations, for use when on-site, in the office or in transit. Set-up and configuration is via the main licence on the website and can be downloaded via user login details with a unique QR code. Any future changes on the app are simultaneously updated to the main licence for anyone to see.
