Micro BNC from Coax Connectors is a big attraction
Coax Connectors will exhibit its range of premium high grade and bespoke RF connectors at Southern Electronics 2013. The company recently launched a range of Micro BNC Connectors, which have been developed to meet the ever increasing frequencies and data rates used in Broadcast (surpassing SMPTE 292M & 424M/HD-SDI specifications); Telecoms, HD CCTV, Instrumentation, Military, and Medical markets.
These lightweight, 75ohm, High Definition (3G), High Density BNC connectors, which perform at frequencies of 0-6GHz, are 50% smaller than standard BNCs. Pitch spacing of as little as 8mm enables them to be used for very high density installations. The Micro BNC’s innovative extended coupling nut aids mating and un-mating and improves resistance to side load, and closed entry contact helps to prevent miss-mating. What’s more this connector utilises standard stripping dimensions and tooling.
