Gold system for PCB rework
Aimed at reworking small to medium size PCBs and producing 100% yields, PDR Rework distributor O’Dell Rework will introduce the 2015 PDR IR- E3Vi Gold rework system package at Southern Electronics 2015.
The SMT/BGA rework tool accommodates the demands of new and existing SMT component packages such as BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, QFPs, PLCCs, SOICs, standard SMDs and SMT sockets and connectors.
New features are a low profile pick up, enhancements for component handling, software advancements and a high power vacuum.
