Drying machine goes full circle

The entry level CF100 circular machine will be shown at Southern 2019 in conjunction with a G100 model drying unit by Walther Trowal.

The CF series of circular vibratory finishing machines are suitable for mass finishing and for processing a range of different workpieces. There are seven configurations, with a range of different bowl sizes. They are easy to operate, says the company, and can be expanded with a range of modular accessories, such as acoustic lids and magnetic separators. The work bowl incorporates an evenly rising design and is driven by a zero-maintenance vibratory flange motor which operates at two speeds.

The pneumatic separation flap (manual on CF 100 model) and long separation zone allow gentle separation of workpieces from the processing media, resulting in a smooth mass finishing process.

The large range of equipment and process consumables available from the company means it can offer a solution for very specific surface requirements on most materials and for a wide range of components.
