Driven by quality – Machine Tool Supplies
Machine Tool Supplies will be exhibiting a new range of driven tools with the MTSK Quick change system for CNC Lathes at Southern Manufacturing 2013. Machine Tool Supplies is the UK and Ireland agent for driven and static tooling specialist, MTsrl.
The MTSK system is based on the HSK-T which offers the advantage of taper and face contact which is already tested and guaranteed. This modular system offers accurate tool positioning and repeatability as well as great rigidity and flexibility. A full range of MTSK quick change adaptors are available including ER collet chucks, ERA collet chucks, Shell Mill Adaptors & Weldon adaptors.
At the show, Machine Tool Supplies will also be exhibiting a vast array of driven and static tooling for most CNC turning centres. The firm is also the UK and Ireland agent for MPA srl. MPA specialises in the manufacture of angle heads, speed increasers and multi-spindle heads.Also on the stand will be a range of broaching holders and broaching tools that can be used on lathes, mills and drills. Special custom made angle heads and multi-spindle heads can be manufactured to specification in as little as 6 weeks from drawing confirmation.
