Digital microscope by Ash Technologies processes images without a PC

For use in medical device, pharma, precision engineering and electronics industries, it has patented, high-speed image processing algorithms, fast focus speed and smooth digital zoom.
There is also Acumen AI which uses deep learning video analysis to automatically identify, detect, classify, measure and count a wide range of part defects. It will significantly increase production efficiency, eliminate human error and increase production throughput, says the company.
To digitise and simplify the inspection process, the company also offers Inspex HD 180. Users can experience full HD image quality with no delay. The ergonomic digital microscope allows for less operator fatigue and improves production efficiency, says the company and is particularly suitable for repair, rework, assembly and quality control in any manufacturing industry.
