CT Production stays ahead of demand
UK-based electronics assembler, CT Production, provides manufacturing and services. With over 35 years in the industry it is characterised by technical ability, quality and friendly service. It believes its continuous investment in plant, machinery and staff help it to stay ahead of demand.
Within the last year it has invested in a new Nikon x-ray which includes CT scan capability, introduced another AOI and selective soldering machine to increase capacity, added PCB cleaning capability and a whole range of other improvements. This investment, along with a dedicated team of over 60 staff, allows the company to manufacture products, from PCBs to boxed units, prototype to volume.
The range of services is carefully controlled to AS9100 and ISO 9001/2015 standards. Over 25 inspection checks are implanted on a typical box build assembly and a culture of care ensures that the highest level of attention is applied to a product throughout the process from quotation to delivery.
Interesting products the company is currently building were shown at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2019 to illustrate capabilities and the different market sectors the company works with.
