Coolants and oils reduce tool costs
As the UK distributor of Hangsterfer’s Labs, USA, MacInnes Tooling’s stand at Southern Manufacturing 2015 concentrates on its new range of high technology machine tool coolants and cutting oils.
They are, says the company, a world away from conventional metalworking fluids, and offer customers the opportunity to drastically reduce month-on-month cutting tool costs due to the “dramatic increase” in tool life when changing to the new S787 coolant.
Technical staff will be on the stand to offer advice and recommendations.
Although known for the supply of high performance tooling, the company has been supplying metalworking fluids, industrial lubricants and machine coolant for nearly 40 years. It offers a range of metalworking lubricants and machine fluids for auto lathes and for machining more difficult materials including stainless steel and aerospace alloys.
It specialises in machine coolants including Hangsterfer’s Soluble Oils, Hangsterfer’s New technology and its own brand.
