Connector range meets PCB and automation needs

Device connection, electronics and automation and electrical connectivity solutions are all available on the Weidmuller stand at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2015.

Weidmueller_miele 3879_tmb The company will show OmniMate Signal PCB terminals and connectors with intelligent locking concepts, the and through-hole and surface mount components. OmniMate Power PCB terminals, connectors and feed-through terminals meet relevant device standards and the OmniMate housing for electronics includes terminal layouts, bulk products and what the company describes as ‘tailor-made suits straight off the rack’.  

For electronics and automation the company offers analogue signal conditioners, relays and solid-state relays for sensors, motors and solenoid valves. There are also surge protection devices and power supplies, comprising supplies, uninterruptible power supplies and expansion modules including DC/DC converters, redundancy modules and capacity modules. For the industrial Ethernet, all products are designed for industrial applications and support all standard protocols for easy installation, handling and safe operation, says the company. There are also PLC interfaces, an alternative to traditional single-wire cabling, multi-conductor system cables, with corresponding connector systems.

For electrical connectivity, visitors can see modular terminal blocks, systemised marking, enclosure systems, tailored for individual requirements, including customer specific assemblies for standard industrial applications as well as hazardous area solutions for use within explosive atmospheres or environments.

There is also a range of precision tools for cutting, stripping, crimping, screwing and testing, offered with the company’s Tool Certification service.
