Bespoke springs from Irvine have decorative finishes
Established in 1969, Irvine Springs manufactures and supplies made-to-order compression, tension, cone, barrel, and torsion springs as well as wire forms, flat section parts, clock springs, garter springs and die springs. They are crafted in a wide range of materials with protective and decorative finishes as required.
The process can be managed with the customer from initial concept through to design and manufacture, to final testing, delivery, and ensuring full traceability. It aims to be a one-stop-shop for all things springs and works closely with customers to forge lasting business relationships.
Customers are in a wide range of industry sectors including, renewables, marine, transport, electronics, medical, leisure, oil and gas, defence and general engineering.
Machinery reflects manufacturing capabilities: coiling from 0.10mm to 25mm wire thicknesses, one-off prototypes, to volume orders of thousands / millions.
Customer service has always been a priority. It will provide same-day quotations wherever possible and customer-focused team members.
