3D printing technologies are brought together

Go Print 3D_crop3D printers from manufacturers including Formlabs, Markforged, Ultimaker and others will be seen at the GoPrint3D stand at Southern 2018. There will be different 3D printing technologies on show, namely fused filament fabrication (FFF), often used for making quick, cost-effective models and prototypes, stereolithography (SLA), used to show fine detail with superior quality of finish, and continuous fibre filament (CFF), used to create strong, lightweight end-use parts or bespoke tools.

There will also be metal parts printed on a Markforged Metal X. According to the company, the Metal X uses a revolutionary technique to produce functional, pure metal parts at a fraction of the cost of traditional machining methods. This allows for much greater freedom in design, and allows engineers to print geometries that are too complex to be machined in other ways.

The company helps organisations choose the right machine for their application and budget. See the printers in action and receive impartial advice about how you could benefit from additive manufacturing.
