For more than 30 years, Precision Engineering Plastics, has produced close tolerance injection moulded components, combining high levels of technical capability with a problem-solving mentality. Serving the automotive, electrical/electronics, engineering, aerospace and medical industries, it deliver injection moulding, insert moulding, two-shot moulding and secondary/post-processing services. As well as offering in-house tool design, the company has its own tool room, delivering a comprehensive service from initial design evaluation through to new tool manufacture and on-going tool maintenance and service.

A specialist in challenging high-grade engineering polymers, it works with a range of materials including, PEEK, PPA, LCP, PPS, polyesters, POM, PC/ABS alloys, TPE, various nylons including PA66 and PA12 and glass-filled polymers (up to 65% glass filler) such as IXEF and Amodel.

The company believes its success is built on identifying solutions and then delivering on its promises. Quality systems have been updated from TS 16949:2009 to IATF 16949:2016 and the ISO9001 certification has been updated to ISO9001:2015.
