123-Insight offers no-obligation MRP/ERP software training
123-Insight will demonstrate advances in its MRP software at this year’s Southern Manufacturing show and visitors can have one-to-one discussions with staff to understand what an MRP system can do for their business.
The company deviates from the traditional approach of paying for software, consultancy, training and maintenance before the buyer has confirmed that the product will be suitable for a business. Instead, prospective users attend an evaluation workshop, held locally around the UK each month. If they feel the system could be a good fit they attend the six days of no-obligation training, on the understanding that if they decide that the system is not suitable they can walk away with nothing to pay – and with a lot more knowledge than before. Only once they are fully trained and ready to implement the software do they pay for the training and register to receive the software. After that, a low monthly subscription is due, with no minimum period.
Visitors to the stand can also take away a multimedia USB stick, loaded with demonstration videos broken down by job role, allowing each department head to understand what the software can do for departments as well as the business as a whole. Evaluation workshop attendees also receive a free copy of ‘How to implement a manufacturing system’ – a book that provides a template to implement any MRP system.
